1 pack of TAT Pasta
2 sprigs of fresh thyme
1 + 1/2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon of coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of coarsely ground sea salt
5 glasses of water
Take 5 glasses of water in a deep saucepan and bring it to a boil. Add salt into boiling water. Add the pasta to boiling water. Stew for 7-8 minutes and strain. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the drained pasta. Cover the pasta pan and let it steep for 2-3 minutes on low heat. Melt 1/2 tablespoon butter in a pan and turn the cleaned mushrooms in a pan. When the mushrooms drain and absorb the water, flavor it with salt and pepper. Put the boiled pasta in a pan with mushrooms and flavor it with fresh thyme.
