500 gr Tat Semolina,
250 g Butter,
3 Glasses of Sugar,
150 gr Pine Nuts
PREPARATION OF
Roast 500 gr TAT Semolina with 250 gr Butter until it turns pink. While it is roasted, pine nuts are added and mixed thoroughly. On the other hand, add 3 glasses of sugar to 3 glasses of milk and heat it slightly. This mixture is added to the roasted semolina and mixed until it absorbs the water. Turn off the bottom of the stove and rest the halva. It is stirred occasionally and the semolina is opened, then peanuts and cinnamon are added, if desired, and served.
