Necessary materials:
. 500 gr ravioli pasta,
. 350 g of minced lamb,
. 1 egg yolk,
. 1 tablespoon of meatball spring,
. 3 tablespoons of olive oil,
. 1 onion,
. 1 clove of garlic,
. 2 tomatoes,
. 2 tablespoons tomato paste,
. 25 g butter,
. 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
Preparation of:
Knead finely chopped onion, garlic and parsley, spice, egg yolk, minced meat and form balls with a diameter of 3 cm. Fry the meatballs in olive oil heated in a shallow pan. Add the tomatoes, tomato paste and chopped parsley that you cut into cubes and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Mix the pasta boiled for 10 -12 minutes with the melted butter and place it on the serving plates. Serve by adding the sauced meatballs you have prepared on it.
